- 6 cenouras
Bom para evitar constipações, o sumo de laranja ajuda a absorver o ferro dos espinafres e as cenouras fazem bem aos olhos e à pele, entre outros benefícios.

- Juice of 1 orange
- 2 hands full of spinach
- 6 carrots
This is a very good juice: it's a way to avoid colds; the orange juice helps to absorb the iron in the spinach; carrots are good for eyes and skin!
